I went to the IATC for Cuong Nhu this weekend and it was awesome!!!  I’m dead tired from the weekend and work today, so I’ll just leave you guys with a picture of my battle bruise.   Isn’t lovely?  (In case you’re wondering, I got it from doing drills with the bo staff….it’s a pretty awesome weapon.  Ah.  The bruise stopped hurting about a day after; it really isn’t as bad as it seems.)
